TrueNest was founded with a simple but powerful belief: seniors deserve a home that feels like home. After years of working in large-scale senior facilities, our founders saw the same pattern — wonderful people lost in a system too big to truly see them. They set out to build something different.
What emerged is a boutique care home where just six residents share a beautiful house on a quiet street in Harrisburg, North Carolina. With a dedicated team that maintains a 1-to-3 staff-to-resident ratio, every person receives the individual attention they need and the genuine warmth they deserve.
